Product Focus: The Wine Clip
The Wine Clip - We love this thing! Perfect gift for wine snob and neophyte alike!
Simply clip it to the neck of a bottle of red wine and pour. The magnets in the clip break down the tannin molecules into smaller molecules and remove that bitter taste. We use it on inexpensive reds, and pump them up to luscious full-bodied elixirs. We try it out with our expensive, more aged ones and evaluate whether we like the wine with or without the clip.
